Release 1.7.10: changelog + manual updates

- VERSION 1.7.9 -> 1.7.10 (patch: fixes and small behaviour changes only).
- CHANGELOG: 1.7.10 entry covering everything since 1.7.9 — Stop fixes,
  profile/manual-account fixes, delete_message, landing card,
  classification data path, scan-thread crash logging, repo move.
- Manuals (EN/DA): version, Stop -> "Stopping…" and scheduled-job stop,
  scans no longer change profiles, manual accounts in the profile editor.
